the pattern book

Founded in 2016, The Pattern Book creates beautifully designed greeting cards and poster-wraps using vintage graphics discovered in forgotten catalogues, scientific illustrations, obscure infographics and intriguing technical drawings. Inspired by art, science and the history of ideas, the brand transforms unusual archival imagery into thoughtful, distinctive paper goods. Every product is printed on sustainably sourced Italian paper, while the cards are made using 100% recycled, carbon-neutral paper and packaged with recycled kraft envelopes in compostable bags.
